Gee darn, had to do Saturday’s WOD from the main site….

    135lb squat cleans, 7 reps
    15 hand stand push ups

I did 75lb squat cleans and elevated push ups.
That being said, it only took me like 8 minutes. I don’t remember the exact time because I was passed out on the floor. When I look at the main site, the times are like 15 and 20 minutes, which means that I either needed to go up on the weight or do something different on the push ups. I saw some other people doing the press. Maybe that’s my next bet.

I saw the WOD and figured why run on the pavemetn when I have state of the art track (Leav HS) down the street from the house, so I did the WOD as stated. Running backwards is NOT easy. Only problem was that I forgot my watch. Figured that it was just under 18 min.

I second Mike’s thoughts that running backwards is not easy. The legs felt like bricks after the first 400 backwards.
