Seven Rounds For Time Of:

10 One Legged Squats, Alternating
12 Ring Dips
15 Pull-Ups

    First 3 rounds

    10 one legged squats
    36 dips (had to sub for ring dips)
    15 pullups

    Last 4:

    10 squats
    12 dips (I had nothing left)
    15 pullups

    The one legged squat is another exercise I can not do without feeling totally wierd. Until I can master it, I did a single squat with one leg behind me.

    So I leave for Table Rock Lake tonight, anyone gots some ideas for a “vocation WOD” tomorrow.

    Here was what I was thinking

    50 squats
    50 situps
    50 pushups
    400 meters

    3 rounds

    Hey Brian I hope you enjoy your mini-vacation. I would do bodyweight WOD’s since we don’t know what equipment is available such as Angie, Barbara, Chelsea or Cindy. See you on Monday.
