Well thanks to everyone making jokes about the prodigal son returning. I started out strong on the METCON and then died during round 3. I finished with a 10:09. On a positive note, I used no step up box or assistance bands. As for the RFESS: 45, 75, 95, 105, 105. See everyone tomorrow morning.
