Well, did not make it today. My 3yr old got sick at mignight last night. No sleep…Hopefully, I’ll see you all Monday.
Todays WOD was awesome. Could have done three rounds – but had to take kiddos to school.
Finished 2 rounds at 26:22 – 65#s. PUSH UPS SUCKED. Have to work on those.
Did yesterday’s WOD RX at 9:30.
