    I did 2 muscle ups; 48 jumping muscle ups, stablized after the transition and the did a dip.

    I then did 46 jumping muscle ups to the transition point.

    If all things are equal meaning 1 ring dip = 4 regular dips and 1 ring pullup = 2 ring jumping pullups = 4 regular pullups, I have great increase my work capacity by 40% and crossfit works

    My very first crossfit workout was 30 muscle ups and I did 120 pullups with machine assistance towards the end and 120 dips in 33:00 which proves my 40% gain.

    It makes sense to me.

    I could not do Muscle-ups, so I substituted 100 Pull-ups & 100 Dips……..19:36
