    Did the WOD from the main site today - at Gym-X again:

    For time:
    45 double unders
    45 x 135# thrusters
    45 x ring dips (Of course, no rings at Gym-X, so I had to sub 135 bar dips for the 45 ring dips. That sucked.)
    45 double udners

    The thrusters sucked too; 135# was too much for me at 45 reps but I gutted it out anyway. I never thought I’d hear myself say double-unders was the easy part. It took me about 42 minutes; took lots of breaks in between reps.

    That’s the way to do it Tim, gut it out if you need to. Keep the Globo Gym clients trying to figure out what kind of weird workouts you are doing!
