    20:50…I was really pushing hard after seeing the good times on the white board from this morning.

    Subbed 100 single jumps the the double unders the 1st set and 90 the second. My forearms were burning toward rep 35 of the squat cleans.

    The ring dips got tough toward the end. I could only do 1 at a time.

    Drove to Michigan and back this weekend. Sorry i could drag my booty out this morning. Be back Wednesday.

    I scaled weight and made adjustments and substitutions: I had to scale the weight as usual. I can’t jump rope really well, so I decided to concentrate on it with increased reps instead of DUs (I’ve been “simulating” DUs anyway). Also, decided to do dips on the parallets but increase the reps, and subbed pullups for the 2nd set of DUs.

    So: 225 jump ropes/95# cleans x 45/parallet dips x 90/pullups x 45 in 28:59
