With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Post number of minutes completed to comments.

    Where are you guys. I’m in Topeka and just saw that there is an affiliate in Leavenworth. Called info and they had nothing. Moving to KC soon and have been xfitting for about 7 months.

    When do you move?
    I’ve been thinking about doing a Tabata Saturday - just for fun. So maybe if you’re not moving for a while, you could come hang out then.

    Oh, forgot to post my “results” for the day.

    I finished 13 rounds and 12 extra reps.
    I probably could have finished but sure didn’t feel like going for 14….so I quit.
    Yes, I am a quitter……but just today. :)

    Shelli and I both said, it’s always the ones that seem so easy……
