You go Nate! It’s been great watching you progress over the past year – or so…keep up the good work!!

Finished cleans at 125 – AGAIN. Can’t seem to get over 130#’s!

    FRAN – I had a goal of under 6 mins with no band…….um yeah……
Did all of the thrusters and only stopped once. So, knocked those out with no problem.
Pull ups on the other hand…. Not pretty. I’m almost embarrassed to write down my time, but this’ll just make me feel better the next time I do Fran and crush it (hopefully) ! :)

Andrea- You did great. RXing and no scaling!

Stewart- You make coaching look so easy. Things seemed busy this morning, but I got through it with a lot of help from Steve, Andrea, Laura, and others. Thanks guys.

I was also able to make it through FRAN. 8:44 (RX)

Thanks for the recognition Stewart and Andrea, my performance is almost solely based on crossfit. ESPECIALLY the hill that was uphill both ways, made level ground feel easy!

  • Andrea, nothing to be embarrassed of there as RX’d sub 10 min, ur smoking! Nate, thanks for the kind words, and anything we can do to improve performance is what we’re here for!! I appreciate it Mike but it’s only because I’m surrounded by a great crew of Coaches that support me 100%!!! Austin & Micah, the two of you are crushing it in the evenings!! I’ve needed that for the evening class, keep it up guys!!
