Stewart…I have NOT fallen off the face of the earth. I have, however, been struggling with some dehydration issues (had to have an IV with some fluids yesterday!) and I would prefer to stay upright at crossfit so as to not draw more attention to myself (ok well we all know THAT’S a lie!)…I will be returning soon. I am on the road to recovery and will see what the next few days brings

I think I am going to sit this WOD out….
But, I am going to try Fran at the Community Center in the next few days and see if my time improves when I don’t have slimy pull up bars to work with!

I was still pretty sore from monday, will definitely be taking a rest day wednesday. That was tougher than it looked!
