The squats were pretty rough, but I felt more comfortable toward the last set. An exercise I’m going to add to my warm up. Thanks for the coaching Mike!
Squats: 45, 55, 60, 65, 85
WOD: 9:15
Went in tonight instead of this morning….
Was disgusted with Monday’s Fran time!
Finished today RX at 7:50- 2 min’s and 2 sec’s faster than Monday’s time and Olde Mike was there to verify!!
Squats: 45, 75, 95, 95, 100 (really need to work on these)
Mini Metcon: 9:57 (damn double unders with leather jump rope leave marks….ohhhhh….I’m supposed to jump OVER the darn rope, maybe next time)

Yep…I can verify…but can also attest to the verbal abuse she gave the pull up bars throughout the entire WOD. And the things Andrea says about the pull up bars at the new facility on post…pshew!
