My favorite, Probably gonna be tough with the lack of PT the last few weeks
Hey Stewart,
See you still bring the pain. Glad I missed Fight Gone Bad. You know how much I wanted to be there for that workout, lol…,
BIG John!! How are you? Ready for football season?? If you’re still coaching, I definitely think you should run the kiddos through FGB. They will love you for it!
Rob – glad to see you’re sticking with things too!!
GREAT job this morning – every body!! It was amazing to look around the room and see everyone putting out 150% effort!!
Finished at 337 (used the weight that was on the bar – 35#-, instead of switching back and forth between RX weight – I know, I took one for the team….ha!)
Well,
Thanks to Andrea for scoring my effort…finished with a 277.
Guys,
Tonight was awesome!! Stewart thanks for the motivation and coaching. Chris, thanks for keeping track of my reps, I owe you next go round.
WOD: 278!
Great workout this Friday a.m. It was a double ‘fight gone bad’ what with my teammate Matt quietly repeating, “one more rep” everytime I tried to take a break! It pushed me where I needed to go though~! 236 RX weights; 14 lbWB.
Hey Big John, I like to call it performance enhancement! Big Rob I know you would’ve had a strategy all figured out how to negotiate “FGB”. Michah ur a beast! I already her from undisclosed sources anyway but I got to see it first hand tonight. Steve you’re right about having that partner right there for support and motivation. Great job this morning!! This was a good day watching some incredible athletes!! Thanks guys.
