April 07, 2008 WOD: CFT (Cross Fit Total)

For any CrossFit newbies…a bit of CrossFit trivia……WOD = Work Out of the Day  

CFT = Cross Fit Total; Your combined total of the BS (Back Squat) SP (Shoulder Press) and DL (Dead Lift)                                             

Hey, any work out that has this many military involved is bound to be loaded with acronyms!

    You did AWESOME Tim! Can’t wait to see the pics! I told Stewart I want a do-over for Nancy!!!!

    So, I’m pushing for our next rest day - but we’ll see.
    Note to self - dairy smoothie before work out = dairy smoothie becomes the devil!!!!!!

    You’ll have to come back nxt year and take the crown from all those youngin’s!
