    This is normally my F-A-V-O-R-I-T-E exercise.
    BUT, I made a commitment to take a few days off.

    So, good luck everybody! Remember 7 is a lucky number.

    This is has always been one of my favorite lifts, stay mentally strong an go for some big numbers today. Remember, the most important thing when doing the deadlift is to maintain the lumbar curve.
