    Sorry for the late post guys. I SWEAR I didn’t know that we were going to do this one today!
    But, I heard it was F-U-N! Miss you guys! But, I will see you on Monday (unless I receive death threats from today’s work out over the weekend!)

    This was an incredible workout, it kicked my a**. It was those stinking burpees that killed me, I love it. Can’t wait to see what tomorrow will bring.
