Ten rounds for time of:
3 Weighted Pull-ups, 45 pounds
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Kipping Pull-up
For weighted pull-ups place a 45 pound dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles and jettison the dumbbell after third rep and continue with strict pull-ups and then the kipping pull-ups. Coming off the bar or going to ground constitutes termination of a set.
Post time and number of sets to completion.



This work out was “interesting”. Just when I was making improvement with my Pull-Ups, Crossfit comes along and kicks me in the Jimmy. Kipping is for Cheaters, but when I figure out how to do it, I will do it routinely. Right now it closly resembles a seizure. Thanks Tim and Tall Mike for all the help.

**One note for the Gruber Gym morning crew: the MWR folks asked that we not move the pullup bars onto the basketball court again since it scratches the floor surface. We can move the bleachers out of the way, but please leave the pullup rack where it is. Thanks.

It was really alot of fun this morning. The seizure was interesting to watch. I thought this was going to be hard when I saw it. Guess what it was! I guess that makes me like Nostradamus or something. Can’t wait for tommorrow. I don’t know what I could possibly work that is not already sore from this week. Bring it on!
