Wow I have to say I was completely wore out this morning. I thought yesterday’s WOD was bad yesterday. It sucked even more today. Made through 4 sets of 5 did not have the energy to make a fifth. 155-185-205-215. Hopefully some rest and recuperation will help this weekend.

I have to agree with you 100%. I went yesterday afternoon around 3pm. I did the standard warmup and then got ready to do the front squats. I put 135 on the bar, knocked out 5 and thought, “That was easy, but, man am I tired.” I decided to continue, put 185 on the bar, knocked out 5 good reps and decided to call it a day. I was just really tired and thought that if I pushed it, I’d hurt myself. I guess this week back after Christmas was a bit tougher than I thought.
