Crossfit Results conducted a demonstration today for the 20th Anniversary of the Riverfront Community Center as well as participated in a health fair at Gruber Fitness Center on Ft. Leavenworth. We had an excellent turnout for CF Kids this morning and classes are growing every week. Thanks to everyone for their support.
