Good luck tomorrow guys! I totally miss you all but will be there on Wednesday – even if I am still snotty and yicky…..I figure I’ve kept my germs to myself long enough!
Did Karen tonight after CF at the Community Center – thought I was going to hack up a lung – but finished in 7:06. I only used a 10lb ball though…..cheater.
You all had power this morning at the gym??
No, the power did not come back on at Gruber until about 0630 am, so we did not do the WOD. Sorry; maybe the morning class can do it another time.
The evening class at the community center, however, should be able to do it – I think Alex is in charge tonight.
The evening class did well with the WOD. I think I might adjust the exercises a bit if we do this again, though. It needs a few simpler 1-point exercises so team members of all skill levels can contribute more. And like Alex said, thrusters should probably be worth two points. Also, I think we’ll just go for max points in 30 minutes. None of us were good enough at math to have any clue how close to 1000 we were while we were on the clock (but it didn’t matter anyway, cuz we were pretty far
).
