I felt so guilty being in the gym this morning and not working out with you guys! This is an early work week for me so I can’t participate. However, I did front squats after work

Must be something about working out by yourself-I had the same weights working out by myself at home.
Well….I missed AGAIN this morning. I am not sleeping from all this stupid medication and so I tried to quit taking the stupid medication and now I’m not sleeping because my head is going to explode….. This is the most I have missed CF since I startd doing it – I totally feel like a slacker and I have to do a 4.6 mile run in a week and a half that I have done NO training for…..
Ok, if I could count whining for time – I’d be good.

You can do it…. if you can dead lift 305, you can do anything!
Andrea, if you are suffering from sinus problems try a neti pot, you can get them at a drugstore, to clear your head….I never would have believed they would work but I tried one over here in Iraq and it has made a huge difference and you don’t have to take a bunch of meds that dehydrate you, etc. Good luck.
