Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups

Post number of pull-ups completed for each round to comments.

    No band for the pull ups today though :) Yeah!

    Whoops…we worked out before you all posted the WOD and did Fight Gone Bad…PR’d with 304, up from 278 back in December. Hope you all didn’t get too much snow. I’m looking forward to getting back and working out with everyone again in July. Bill

    After a two week layoff due to my own stupidity, I made my (less than) triumphant return today. Headed to the gym pretty late (~2100). Due to my calf injury, I substituted 500m rows for the 400m runs.

    Results:

    M/34/5′9″/228

    5 rounds (10,10,10,5,6) subed 500m rows for runs. Maintained around 2 min per rowing interval (a lot of heavy, bent-over breathing before the pullups…and the foot strap was messed up on the first iteration).

    -Rowing with that many pullups equals pain tomorrow!
