OMG, I am going to need a stick to prop me up. My whole core is like numb!
By the way, I looked at the old posts – I finished nearly a minute and a half MORE than I finished last time. I did RX today, must not have before because it took me 18:25 this time. But, I didn’t cheat. So, I must have cheated before and “forgot” to put that in the post.
Just finished today’s WOD at 16:17 Rx’d. Thought about taking a rest day so I can get into the 280s on FGB tomorrow…I know Andrea would give me a hard time if I did that. Great news on Tall Mike….I am sure he will be back before you know it.
