“Fight Gone Bad!”
Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

Sorry I missed you. I am at home and now must begin the recovery at home. Hopefully will see all of you maybe in May. Thanks to all of the crossfitters for their support for me and my family. Crossfit Results rocks. I can’t wait to workout with you all again.

We did FGB on Monday…I PR’d with 304 total reps. We will be back on track with your WODs tomorrow

i just want to say that i’ve been doing crossfit routine for only a few days to get back in shape, and it is really kicking my butt… BUT I’m sticking with it!
