Sweet, some vertigo inducing fun for the first day of the week. See you all tomorrow morning…..

  • Kurt

Vertigo with running…. maybe we should stop traffic

    See ya in the morning

  • Joe

The warm up is a work out…
Fun first day – I’ll be back. Thanks!

  • Andrea

I’ve seen CrossFit stop traffic on many occassions, except usually the driver mouths something that looks like “What the hell are those people doing to themselves???”

*#*#* FYI#*#*#* Going to DC for a few days. I just want to give everyone a heads up so I am not accused of being a slacker…..Well, I’ll probably get accused of that anyway, but at least I have an excuse.

Great job wading and breathing through the swamp this morning guys….

Well the vertigo was non existant; however, I have to agree with Andrea that the swamp we call air was a nice touch. Had a lake of sweat for the plank exercises. I also do not remember my sorry time for the WOD.

  • Good work today guys with the heat and humidity, wow! Joe normally I scale the new guys down but I knew you could handle it. You’re still a stud! Andrea I will vouch for you this time since I threw you under the bus last week. I will see you all in the morning.

13:18 I did regular push ups!!

  • The hidden threat in all of this is that as peoplefight to reduce weight levels the knock on effect of all of this then emerges as fitness levels tightens up with little available exercise being taken and more disease becoming prevalent…If Central Governments don’t take a grip soon then we could be facing an obesity problem.
