    Great job this morning Joe – hey, if it makes you feel any better – you just started and you still kicked my tail.

    Good to be back this morning!! Even though I did SUCK! Eh…
    Oh, and we will not be recording today’s time – as it was almost 8 minutes slower than my best time.

    started my block leave today…MY WOD today?

    CF Block Leave total:
    3 reps of snooze bar hitting
    2 cups of coffee
    1 bowl of cereal

    we’re heading out today…salina, ok city, houston, destin, orlando…disney…and back again. too bad my handstands suck–i might have been able to send in a pic of me in front of the disney castle! ha!

    This one is my favorite! I really miss working out with you guys. It is just not the same without you. Maybe I’ll do this one on my own tomorrow – boo hoo.

    Did this one in 17:13 this morning. Felt sluggish, but the Heart Rate monitor had my max HR at 182bpm so I was almost maxed out…. My finisher today was OPSGRP-C PT on Gruber field. I did another hour of running around playing ultimate football. Max HR during that even was only 165bpm. Anyway, time to rest up and I will see everyone monday morning.

    Hate Nancy, but love Kathy! Miss you too!! If you get a chance to throw Nancy in today…picture me sweating and complaining in the gym – you’ll feel right at home.
    Hope all is well and that you and the family have settled in, be sure to keep in touch and post your progress. I need to know when I’m slacking!!
