		<description>Did this one in 17:13 this morning. Felt sluggish, but the Heart Rate monitor had my max HR at 182bpm so I was almost maxed out.... My finisher today was OPSGRP-C PT on Gruber field. I did another hour of running around playing ultimate football. Max HR during that even was only 165bpm. Anyway, time to rest up and I will see everyone monday morning.</description>
