JEEEEZ. I don’t think I can do anymore burpees!
But, I guess ending at a MAX of 10 is not the end of the world.
Well, after discussing Rx weights for WODs as a function of body mass with Stewart this morning, I did this WOD with just under 55% of my body weight @ 115lbs. It took my 22:13 to complete.
BTW, Good luck to Stewart this weekend in his lifting competition.
