		<description>Well, after discussing Rx weights for WODs as a function of body mass with Stewart this morning, I did this WOD with just under 55% of my body weight @ 115lbs. It took my 22:13 to complete. 

BTW, Good luck to Stewart this weekend in his lifting competition.</description>
