    27:28 I switched from Glute-Ham Sit-up to regular situps 1.5 ways through.

    First full week and I am beat. I don’t think there is a muscle that doesn’t hurt. Good stuff.

    AHHHH…I hate working out by myself. My time today was 22:02.

    School started last night so it looks like all I’m going to be working out will be on the weekends for the next 2 weeks. I’m pretty bummed out but I just can’t fit a workout in w/ working 40hrs a week and going to school…props to everyone who can do that!
