75 Push-ups
95 pound Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 50 reps
50 Ring Dips
45 pound Weighted Pull-ups, 30 reps
25 Handstand Push-ups Post time to comments.

    I did 100 bench dips and 25 push-ups with my legs elevated by about 5-6 feet. I also only did body wieght pull-ups. I did the rest of the workout as written. 19:22

    I had to make do with the make shift gym by the hotel. During my warm-up, I was doing my kipping pull-ups and their entire bowflex knock off machine was rocking.

    Arizona is blazing hot.

    Not too bad. I also cheated on pull ups and push ups - to top it off I only did regular dips.
    My arms were numb, so I can’t complain! :)

    Wasn’t as bad as I thought—I had to scale it a little—working myself up to the big league!!!!!!
