		<description>Friday workout in a.m. 1 round 19:25.  Then snatch in p.m. (I really need to work on this) 45(10 reps), 65, 85, 95, 115, 115...more shoulder press than catching in full snatch.  Very frustrating.  No METCON. 3 mile run instead at 7:30 ish pace.</description>
