Stewart

Stewart is the owner of Crossfit Results and a Crossfit Certified Level 2 Trainer. He is a recreation specialist at the United States Penitentiary Leavenworth and has been employed by the Department of Justice for 18 years. He has trained clients for over 25 years, worked as a trainer at various gyms across the nation and has received several personal training certifications. Stewart has competed as a powerlifter for 13 years winning numerous state titles, several national titles and one world title and is currently training in the olympic lifts for future weightlifting competitions. He has also competed as an amateur boxer with an undefeated record.

Andrea

Andrea is an expert multitasker, one of many talents that has helped her develop a successful career in the marketing and public relations industries.  She alsolikes to dabble as a professional volunteer from time to time and is currently serving as the Leavenworth-Lansing Area Chamber of Commerce President.  Andrea grew up in a physically active family and thanks to her grandmother, she and her brother were swinging golf clubs by age five - her brother is now a professional golfer.  Her competitive nature and love of the game saw her involved in many activities from basketball and track to cheerleading and acrobatics.  Before entering college, Andrea worked part-time as an acrobatics instructor.  Since then, she has dabbled in a host of activities spanning Bikram Yoga to jogging.   Some might say she suffered from exercise ADD.  That is, UNTIL, she met CrossFit.  * Note * New marketing campaign - CrossFit cures ADD!

Sam

Sam Philpot has been involved in the fitness or sports scene for over 20 years and is currently the Health and Wellness Director and Lead Personal Trainer at Quality Hill YMCA. Sam has been a Recreational Specialist and Supervisor for the Federal Bureau of Prisons along with being the Fitness Specialist for his quadron while serving in the USAF. Sam holds a number of certifications including a National Personal Training Certification from the Coopers Institute in Dallas Texas, a Level I CrossFit trainer, and a Group Exercise Certification through the YMCA, USA. He is also licsened to use the New Leaf Metabolic analizer to determine one’s metabolic rate.A long time competitive body-builder and powerlifter, Sam won the Mr. Teenage Kentucky, in 1981. In addition, he has competed and toured with the USAF powerlifting team and competed annually in interservice championships. He holds numerous state, regional, American and World powerlifting records including more than 12 State titles, 8 regional titles and 2 National titles. It is this winning record that has put him in either 1st or 2nd place in more than 50 powerlifting championships.

Alex

Alex is currently attending the University of Saint Mary (USM) in Leavenworth, Kansas and planning on majoring in Biology and minoring in Chemistry. He plays soccer for USM and spends the rest of his free time studying the methodology of Crossfit; so he can perfect the form and effectiveness of the lifts and anything else that will help improve his physical fitness. Always active, he played soccer and ran track in high school. Throughout his first year of college; Alex juggled school, Work Study on campus, sports, and a number of hours spent at the gym. He spends countless hours in the gym with not only friends but also family. He grew up with a younger brother who also enjoys a physically active life.  While working on his own technique, Alex mentored his brother and others that wanted to workout with him.  Alex most enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves to do anything that involves Crossfit.
